• Jammu Pickup Restrictions: No vehicles are allowed inside the railway station/airport; the driver will coordinate for pickup.
• Local Taxi Restrictions: Only local taxis are allowed for visits to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley in Pahalgam.
• Cab Service:
  • The assigned cab will remain with you throughout the tour.
  • Clients must adhere to program timings to avoid missing services; no refunds for missed services due to delays.
• Hotel Complaints: Any hotel-related complaints must be reported immediately during the stay; complaints after checkout will not be entertained.

Booking/Confirmation from your end.

1. You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you an acknowledgment.

2. Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided.

•  To secure your reservation, you need to make 50% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance should be paid 30 days before the date of arrival.
•  If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
•  For 4* and 5* properties, the full booking amount should be transferred before confirmations.
•  Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
